This is pure entertainment with no prizes. What are asking you to do is predict the earliest and latest seasonal sightings of Derbyshires Damselflies and Dragonflies. To play you need to register and then login to enter your choices. Here is what to do!

PLEASE NOTE: You cannot enter a date less than or equal to 10 days ahead. This has been introduced to stop "Goal-Hangers"! (As if!!)
It's as easy as that! Next await the records coming in and visit the scoreboard to view your progress in the league.
The winner is the person nearest "0" (zero).
How is the league calculated? We subtract your date from the first/last record and add up the total.
As with all competitions there has to be a rule or two to avoid cheating and temper the craving to win the covetted title of "Dragonner 2005" and to be immortalised in the hall of fame.
The Rules
- Your own records can count if you're honest.
- You should not encourage anyone to get the records you want or cheat on your behalf.
- A tie-breaker site record will decide in the event of a tie. In other words, if you name the site with the earliest/latest sighting for that specie you win! If a tie still occurs then there will be NO winner that year.
- Records close for the competition on 1st December.
